Farming is changing. New environmental schemes, tighter regulation and rapid advances in technology are reshaping how decisions are made on farm. RHIZA is built for this change.
Across Agrii iFarms and Technology Centres, we run digital and precision trials to test the tools and advice used by RHIZA. We also work with RHIZA customers to ground truth our technology on commercial farms, learning from every season, soil type and farming system.

What are digital technology farms?
Digital Technology Farms bring the ‘field of the future’ into use today. By combining data from innovative technologies, we support better crop management decisions across a wide range of cropping systems, all year round.
These farms allow us to develop, trial and demonstrate technology at true farm scale, comparing new approaches directly with ‘field of today’ practices. The focus is on technologies that are ready, or nearly ready, for on farm adoption across the UK.
A series of insight reports have been designed to highlight the latest evidence and insight behind the challenges facing UK farm businesses.
This report sets out how current and emerging digital tools can support better decisions on farm – where they show practical value, where they reduce risk, and where further evidence is still required. Smart Connected Farms will look different across the UK.
Each will use digital tools and data in ways that fit the system, scale and practical priorities of the business.
